Since I have a sense of direction about what I’m doing with Racing the Rain, I can turn my attention to Children of Ares. Born as my 2012 NaNoWriMo project — which I did win incidentally — Children has been on my mind constantly since November. It wants to be written and it refuses to wait until I finish Racing.
While I won’t write Children in the same manner in which I am writing Racing, I will post sample chapters, character sketches and things along those lines as they come. It’s a good way for readers to get to know Luc Griggs, those with whom he travels and the thread that binds them together.
Time to dust off the keyboard and get to work.
