Frustrating conversation with a Comcast representative today over an account linked to an address I never lived. For some reason, trying to explain that to this particular CSR (customer service representative) was like trying to explain physics to my 1-year-old granddaughter. In the end, I asked to speak with a supervisor. Now it appears that Comcast owes me money, but they aren’t too sure, so they have to get back to me after researching the matter. Where does that leave me? Presently, without an internet connection.
Anyone know of a good alternative to the Mighty C?
